Responsibilities:- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
Prepare and verify financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in maintaining financial records by organizing and filing documents.
Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers, databases, and spreadsheets.- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Possess own transportation will be added advantages.Must be able to work in kota damansara temporarily (will be relocated to Sri Petaling)
