Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible to do general clerical and accounting duties.
  • Able to do basic accounting, bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Handle day to day operation of accounting record and maintain systematic filing system.
  • Adhere to financial policies, procedures and related internal control policies.
  • Prepare monthly payment voucher & bank reconciliation.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks delegated by management as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English. (Mandarin will be advantage.)
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated and a team player who will be working in a challenging environment.
  • High level of attention to detail.
