Job Description
- Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval during audits or as needed.
- Monitor and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
- Handle correspondence and communication related to financial matters.
- Assist in preparing documentation and information for internal and external audits.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Provide assistance and clarification on financial procedures and policies when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.
Qualification - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional.
Job requirement
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field
Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS excel, Good writing skill.
