Job Responsibility
- Oversee the management of General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable and financial statements.
- Ensure the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Track cash flow and provide support in budgeting and financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with auditors and manage additional financial tasks as needed.
- Assign tasks effectively to ensure efficient team performance.

We are expanding from 18 to 30 offices around Malaysia and seeking qualified candidates as above positions within our Accounts Department:
Assistant Manager - Accounts
Responsibilities: Assisting with financial management, overseeing accounting operations, and supporting senior management in reporting and analysis.
Requirements: Strong background in accounting, managerial skills, and the ability to manage a team.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experiences.
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred for interacting with Mandarin/Cantonese speaking clients/partners.
- Knowledge in accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in managing a full set of accounts and overseeing month-end/year-end closings.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
