Job Responsibility
- Responsible for handling full set accounts of the assignment companies. These may involve a thorough understanding of the accounting/financial reporting includes, budget, monthly financial report and maintain the effectiveness of accounting/financial system.
- Accountable to carry out variance analysis, responsible for status update presentation as and when required for internal and external reporting purpose.
- Ensure accounting records entered into accounting systems are in complies with companys policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare bank reconciliation, intercompany, suppliers and customers reconciliation.
- Liaise with Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Indirect Tax Custom, Bankers, Auditor for all the required statutory report.
- Liaise with internal parties to prepare / check the suppliers / contractors payment.
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
- Able to prepare tax estimation, liaise with tax authorities (i.e. IRB or Custom) for all the queries raised and ensure timely tax instalment payment will be advantage.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, Bachelors Degree, Professional Degree or Professional Certificate in accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Professional qualification from recognised body (LCCI, ACCA, CIMA or etc) is added advantage.
- 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to understand English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too
- Required skill(s) : MS Excel, Ms Word and Accounting System.
- Able to work independently and be resourceful.
- Ability to multitask and work to key deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Hardworking, wiling to learn, and self-motivated.
- Able to produce accurate work within deadlines
- Perform any ad-hoc assigned duties
