Key Responsibilities:- Record Management: Help maintain and update financial records.
Transaction Support:
Assist with processing invoices, payments, and receipts.Data Entry:
Enter financial information into accounting systems.Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
- Customer & Vendor Interaction: Address basic account-related inquiries and support issue resolution.
Administrative Support:
Provide general assistance to the accounting team.
Education:
Minimum diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Accounting or a related field preferred.Experience:
Entry-level experience or internships in accounting or finance is a plus.Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office, with good communication skills.
