Job Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of multiple accounts.
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions and monthly accounts closing.
- Ensure accurate and proper accounting entries.
- Perform reconciliation of revenue transactions with bank receipts and to coordinate with Operations to resolve the discrepancies.
- Prepare month end reconciliation accounts.
- Assist in companys annual audit activities and tax matters including processing tax return.
- Liaise with bankers, company secretary, auditors and etc.
- Oversee of AP payment process and general filling.
- Handle office administration tasks and maintain office management
- Assist in other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in accounting or Professional qualification or related qualification
- Proactive and independent with little supervision.
- Those with knowledge of Autocount would be an advantage.
