Job Title : Account & Administrative Assistant- Expected Salary: MYR1,500-MYR1,600
Stock - to maintains inventory control & record
Perform administrative tasks, such as payment processing, data entry and managing files
Utilities Bill - to update & collecting from the management & SESB by monthly basis
Assets
- To do physical count upon request by the management
- Preparing Assets Checklist documentation
- Ensure all unit have proper records and updated if any
- To keep track Assets movement
Accounting
- Maintain and organized filing system.
- To assist issuing invoices and perform basic account task
Ad Hoc from time-to-time basis
Proficient in functioning Microsoft Office
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience or fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Possess own transport
Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Mature thinking, Self-motivated and detail-oriented
