Job Responsibilities:
- - Handle accounts receivables and account payables-
- Handle correspondence with customers/suppliers and authorities/3rd parties
- - Assist in doing report for SST submission
- General office administration works such as handling petty cash, accurate documents filing, keep record and etc- - Assist in payroll and double check sales claims
- Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision- - Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- - Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command on written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia- - Ability to multitask, put attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Preferably candidates who lives around Sentul/Setapak/Gombak/Wangsa Maju or any nearby
