Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Accounts/ Admin Assistant based in office at Diamond Square, Off Jalan Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Job Description.

  • Issuance of invoice / cash bills and purchase order.

  • Received payment and issuance of receipts

  • Monitor clients account and notified them for the overdue invoice.

  • Handle petty cash claim and supplier payment.

  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.

  • Other task assigned by superior.
  • Requirement

  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft excel.

  • Knowledge in Million accounting system will be an advantage.

  • Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn.

  • Ability to work independently with positive attitude.

  • Able to work on Saturday (once a month).

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • Performance bonus


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Setapak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Application Question(s):
  • Expected salary must be between RM 1,500.00 to RM 2,000.00

Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Language:
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
