Responsibilities:
- Manage enrolment forms, payment slips, student registration forms, and documentation related to instalments and scholarships.
- Maintain accurate records of student registrations and scholarships.
- Handle students certificates, including processing and distribution after course completion.
- Process course registrations efficiently and update student lists accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the iStructure team to activate student accounts upon payment verification.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination for timely account activation.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries and questions across multiple platforms, including Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord, and Telegram.
- Draft clear and concise announcements to disseminate important information to students and staff members.
- Monitor user activity in Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups to ensure adherence to group rules.
- Manage and maintain member lists in communication groups for any additions and deletions.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating live tutoring sessions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during sessions as needed.
- Assist in generating sales reports to track enrolment and revenue.
- Support in handling Shopee orders, ensuring smooth processing.
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations related to course content and promotions.
- Provide comprehensive support for all Academy events, from the initial planning stages through to the successful launch.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in English and Chinese across various platforms.
- Proficient in handling student enrolment documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills to draft professional announcements, respond effectively to student queries, and create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Familiarity with various social media and messaging platforms for efficient message management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
