Practicum 2: Independent Teaching (4 weeks)
Planning and delivering a full course independently.
Designing and administering assessments.
Gathering and responding to student feedback.
Peer observation and feedback sessions.
Final reflective report on teaching and learning experiences.
Final Assessment and Presentation
Submission of a teaching portfolio.
Presentation of a research project or teaching innovation.
Evaluation by a panel of senior faculty members.
Duration : 1 year
Allowances : RM1,000 monthly include SOCSO
Eligibility : Single, with no commitments such as bank loans.
