To carry out high-rise related activities based on agreed schedule and frequency using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at all Contract Hospitals and other areas determined by Head of Department and to achieve key performance indicator set by the Company.
To assist Head of Department in handling all grievances, complaints and dissatisfaction on CLS from customer.
To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Companys policy, vision, mission and key corporate values.
Ensure adherence to all the Malaysia government laws and regulations, Company's rules and regulations in company's Integrated Management System.
Adhere and observe all the government laws and regulations, all Quality Assurance Program, IMS -ISO, and Companys rules and regulations.
Involves in Customer Relations Management activities. Interprets and analyses customers feedback reports from Contract Hospital.
Ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Companys mission and key corporate values.
Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
