Verify the accuracy of incoming online and offline leads before uploading them into the CRM database.- Assist with user testing and data verification in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and other CRM test environments.
Generate monthly reports on leads and new users for both online and offline channels.
- Extract and manage customer information for the fulfillment agency to facilitate the provision of product samples to customers.
Track sample inventory and provide monthly reports on available sample stocks in the warehouse to the brand teams.- Monitoring sample inventory and delivering monthly reports on available sample stocks in the warehouse to the brand teams.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide necessary support for any CRM reports required.
