MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair issues, and update software.
Quality Control:
Monitor print quality, test new models/materials, and report issues to R&D.Customer Support:
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service records.Installation & Setup: Assemble, install, calibrate, and configure 3D printers; train customers on usage and safety.
- Inventory Management: Manage and restock spare parts and materials.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on 3D printing technologies.Collaboration:
Work with sales, customer service, and R&D teams for customer satisfaction.Documentation: Prepare reports and maintain accurate work records.

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or vocational certificate holder
Internship- Hardworking and willing to learn
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
