Responsible for creating design concepts & prepare drawings.
Schematic design with sketches, CGI (3D visuals).
To attend project meeting or presentation.
Site measurement and site visit needed, marking necessary project arrangement and tracking site progress.
Liaise with Client, Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers pertaining to Design Development.
To oversee the design and overall process from Conceptual, Design Development, Construction stage and completion of projects.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Interior Design.
Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max, V-Ray rendering, Sketch up, Auto Cad & Adobe Photoshop.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives or Senior Executive specializing in Interior Design field.
